It is easy to wear. It will leave your hands free and will not cause uncomfortable feelings while dancing. 
This cape is made of yarn which contains premium acrylic and wool. The premium acrylic does not make it scratchy and lets it keep its shape while the wool makes it warm.

Full width of the middle part - 47cm - 18.5"
Full width of lower edge - 54cm - 21.25"
Full length - 27cm - 10.6"

Hand washes in warm water (35C / 95F). Use a detergent for delicate. Do not twist and do not use bleach. Get rid of excess water simply, roll it in a towel, the excess water will go and put out to dry.
