It is hand-knit accessory. What is special in this design is that it is not connected with the satin ribbon. 
It is INFINITY KNITTED ON THE TOP so that you can easily take the ribbon off and the bolero still will fit perfectly.

Full width of lower edge - 54cm - 21.25"
Full length - 27cm - 10.6"

Hand washes in warm water (35C / 95F). Use a detergent for delicate. Do not twist and do not use bleach. Get rid of excess water simply, roll it in a towel, the excess water will go and put out to dry.
